A comprehensive collection providing key benefits to your sports law practice:

EFFICIENCY

The Swiss Supreme Court is the most relevant last-instance authority in international sports arbitration, notably for appeals against the Court of Arbitration for Sport awards. Still, its decisions are rendered in French, German or Italian, and have no official translation. Moreover, sports law cases are not easy to spot as they are scattered across the general case law and, until now, had never been gathered in a comprehensive compilation.

Our collection fills this gap and dramatically reduces research costs and time by centralizing all relevant decisions issued for the past 40 years and translating them into English.

IMPROVED STRATEGY

The “Sports Case Law of the Swiss Federal Supreme Court” allows you to build a coherent and informed legal strategy and put forward watertight arguments from the earliest stages of a case, before relevant courts such as the Football Tribunal, the Court of Arbitration for Sport, the Basketball Arbitration Tribunal, etc.

Enhance your capacity to design effective legal strategies and maximize your chances for success with the help of this complete collection, which serves as a unique reference for your legal arguments.
